“Fasting Solves Our Biggest Problem!”

There are a lot problems we face in this world, many of which can be solved much easier than others. We might have some problems that can be solved with some prayer, a conversation, forgiving someone else, going the extra mile, etc. On the other hand, there are some problems that can only be solved with a combination of prayer and intense denial of self.

Q1 - What do you think are some things that can only be solved with prayer and fasting?

Q2 - What do you think our biggest problem in the world is?

MATTHEW 17:21 NKJV However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.

Fast: a voluntary abstinence from food for a period of time for a spiritual purpose.

Prayer: prayer addressed to God with a serious intent. Prayer that is passionate and enthusiastic as opposed to apathetic.

what is the biggest problem in the world today?

You may be surprised to know what the biggest problem in the world is today.

#1 - The disappointment and heart break that so many are experiencing today because of broken relationships, family problems, or loneliness, is not the biggest problem in the world.

Q3 - When you look at your life and those around you, can you say that heart break and relationship issues are a big problem today?

Q4 - What do you think is one way to solve the problem of relationships issues?

#2 - The increase in physical and mental illness is not the biggest problem in this world.

MATTHEW 17:14 NKJV And when they had come to the multitude, a man came to Him, kneeling down to Him and saying, 15 “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water.

Q5 - Physical and mental illness exists today. Do you believe that these illnesses are just physical or do they have some spiritual connection to it?

Q6 - What does the Bible say about our sickness/disease? (Hint: 1 Peter 2:24)

#3 - The severe suffering that many are having to endure is not the biggest problem in the world.

Q7 - Why do you think there is so much suffering in the world? Do you think there is a connection to man’s sinfulness and the world’s suffering?

#4 - The vast amount of people addicted and bound by sin and destruction is not our biggest problem

#5 - THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IN THE WORLD IS A WEAK CHURCH!

The weak church is the biggest problem in the world today. That is believers with no power, no anointing, and no authority.

MATTHEW 17:16 NKJV  So I brought him to Your disciples, but they could not cure him.”

Q8 - Why do you think the biggest problem in the world is a weak church?

Q9 - Do you see this to be true today: that the world’s problems can be better solved if the church were more anointed, had more power, and walked in more Godly authority?

Q10 - What can you do personally to be a strong part of the body of Christ?
