Impartation is coming this week! What are you expecting from God?
The purpose of this lesson is to build our faith and expand our vision.
"What do you mean, 'If I can'?" Jesus asked. "Anything is possible if a person believes." Mark 9:23 NLT
Discussion: This is a powerful scripture! Jesus gives us insight into how the Kingdom of God works; it operates on belief. We know that God is able to do anything; but it is not a question of whether or not God can do it, it's a question of whether or not we can believe!
Vision: The act of anticipating that which will come to be.
1. vision and faith produces miracles
Then he said, "Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep, but now I will go and wake him up."
When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!”
And the dead man came out, his hands and feet bound in graveclothes, his face wrapped in a headcloth. Jesus told them, “Unwrap him and let him go!” (John 11: 11, 43-44 NLT)
Q1- What vision has God given you for your life this year?
Q2- Why does the enemy want to strip us of our vision?
Q3- How does vision help you speak life in a hopeless situation?
Jesus had a vision of resurrection, even when everyone else saw death. He spoke life over Lazarus!
2. we can build our faith by exposing ourselves to visionaries and great men and women of faith.
Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see. Hebrews 11:1 NLT
"You did not invite God into your life, so that you can be natural. You invited Him into your life so that you can be supernatural" ~ Pastor Marco Garcia
Q4- What vision has God given you for your life this year?
Q5- Why does the enemy want to strip us of our vision?
Q6- How does vision help you speak life in a hopeless situation?
“Don’t be afraid!” Elisha told him. “For there are more on our side than on theirs!” 17 Then Elisha prayed, “O Lord, open his eyes and let him see!” The Lord opened the young man’s eyes, and when he looked up, he saw that the hillside around Elisha was filled with horses and chariots of fire. 2 Kings 6:16-17 NLT
Q7 - Re-read Mark 5:35-42 again. When you have a vision from God, why is it important to surround yourself with people of faith?
I believe that this is the Year of Harvest for me and my family. I receive vision from God, and will walk by faith for that vision to come to pass. I know that God has great things in store for me, and I choose to believe that He will give me the desires of my heart!
