“Persistance = Fulfillment”
MATTHEW 7:7 NLT
“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.
Q1 - According to MATTHEW 7:7 NLT, what is the proper response when you feel like the vision is taking long to be fulfilled?
Q2 - Describe a time in your life where your persistence paid off.
Fulfillment means for something to come to pass, to attain something, or to bring a promise to realization.
Q3 - What promise are you expecting God to bring to realization in your life or in you family?
Q4 - What can you do to be proactive towards that promise while you wait patiently on God?
Unless we have a vision for change, there will never be a change. Unless we get a vision of our families being saved, they will never be saved. Unless we get a vision of greater ministry, we will never be more effective than we are today. Unless we get a vision of starting a business, we will never have one. Unless we get a vision of a higher education, we never will, etc…
Q5 - What area of your life do you feel like you can improve when it comes to having vision?
Q6 - What may be hindering you to have vision in this area of your life? (Fear? doubt? unworthiness? laziness?)
Luke 19:10 NLT For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.
Q7 - Jesus knew exactly why he came to the earth. Do you think it was easy for him to do it?
Q8 - According to Matthew 26:39, it was not an easy task for Jesus to die for our sins, but he did it anyway. How does this encourage you to follow through with your vision, even when it’s not easy?
As a church, one goal we have right now is to love and care for mothers and children who are living on the streets or in abusive homes. That is why we have just opened a women’s and children’s home! We have officially brought in 6 families with 24 total people in the home. Let’s come together as a group and make an impact in their lives! Let’s sponsor the families by making a contribution towards the home. (All giving from our group this month will be used for the families in the home).
Here’s how to donate:

Father, give me vision for greater! I want to fulfill your ultimate plan for my life! Help me to set my thoughts on you and not to be distracted by the worries of this world. Give me greater faith, greater vision, greater belief, and greater passion! I believe that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength! In Jesus Name, Amen!
This week, write out vision in areas that have been lacking. This may be in your health, in ministry at church, in your job, your education, etc. Listen to the Holy Spirit, and ask him to help you.
Note for Leaders: Take prayer requests and praise reports. Keep a good record of this. Follow up on prayer requests and celebrate praise reports.
Take attendance by downloading the LEAD. App or by writing down who was here today (either on your phone or on paper) and send that information to: firstname.lastname@example.org
