There are 4 parts to every C-Group meeting: 1. Vision of the Church, 2. The Word, 3. Giving, and 4. Fellowship.

We’ve began a brand new series call Full Circle! You can purchase the book and workbook that will help transform your life! (Available at any main service).

God doesn’t bless us just for the sake of having things, but He blesses us so that we can be a blessing to others. When we are blessed, we should bless others. When others are blessed, it will come around full circle to bless us. The definition of circle is “a series ending where it began.” This is what we can call a cycle.

Cycle: a series of occurrences that repeats

Q1 - What is your expectation for this series? What are you hoping to get out of it?

We can either live in good cycles or bad cycles. God wants us to live in the “Blessed Cycle.”

Q2 - What are some bad cycles that you commonly see around you?

Q3 - What are some good cycles that you see around you?

Maint Point #1 - God wants me to live a blessed life

The 1st thing God did when he created man was bless them

Genesis 1:27 NLT So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. 28 Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”

The first part of this cycle is to receive the blessing.

Q4 - Do you have a hard time receiving blessing from God? If so, why do you think that is?

Q5 - What are ways that God blesses you everyday?

Blessed (barak): a statement of good will and happiness stated over another that comes with all the power, resources, health, and ability for the blessing to come to pass.

Jeremiah 29:11 NET For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the Lord. ‘I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope.

Q6 - If God only plans good things for you, why do you think we still have a hard time receiving this plan?

Q7 - What can we do to begin receiving that good and hopeful plan from God?

Maint Point #2 - God wants me to be a blessing to others

God commands us to give what we’ve received.

Matthew 10:8 NLT 8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons. Give as freely as you have received!

Q8 - Do you think it’s more blessed to give to others or to receive and keep it to yourself? Why?

Acts 20:35 NLT 35 “And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

Our pastor, Pastor Marco, really set the example of what this scripture looks like today. He’s given up a career, a dream home, and the comfort of his life to give to those in need in this city. That’s the heart of God that has been given to us as a church. Let’s keep that same heart by being a blessing to those in need. Remember, you are more blessed in ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE when you are giving, more than when you’re receiving. Today, let’s give, even if it’s $1 so that we can make the same impact in someone else’s life that was made in ours.

What are we giving towards?
Harvest Fest is coming up soon! Let’s get ready to do what we do best, meet the need of our community and love others! This month we get to do that by preparing for a great Harvest Festival which includes candy, games, fun, and of course the word!

I receive God’s blessing so that I can be a blessing to others. I declare that I will walk in blessing. I declare that I will be a blessing to whoever comes my way! I declare that I am walking in God’s “Blessed Cycle” and will continue to grow in this cycle for the rest of my life. My heart of generosity and blessing others begins today! In Jesus Name!

Look for ways to be a blessing. Give above and beyond what you normally give, and go the extra mile this week!

Note for Leaders: Take prayer requests and praise reports. Keep a good record of this. Follow up on prayer requests and celebrate praise reports.
