There are 4 parts to every C-Group meeting: 1. Vision of the Church, 2. The Word, 3. Giving, and 4. Fellowship.

We have great things coming!

  1. The Big Day! - December 16th - Let’s be ready to bring in our pledges so that we can get the building in our name and continue touching lives!

  2. Come celebrate Christmas with us Sunday December 23rd during our morning services. The Big Christmas Giveaway will be that night at 6pm.

Circle: God blesses me with seed, I plant it and I receive a Harvest of blessing from God!

Q1 - What “seed” has God blessed you with?

Q2 - Share with the group how that seed produced a harvest in your life.

#1 - God blesses us with seed (God’s part)

Genesis 1:29 NLT Then God said, “Look! I have given you every seed-bearing plant throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food.

It’s important to understand that God is the one who provides the seed in the first place. God doesn’t ask us to do what He has not already done. He is also searching for those He can trust with the seed; those who are generous and ready to plant.

Q3 - Why do you think God would bless us with seed if He’s going to ask for it back anyways? Explain.

Q4 - In your personal life, do you feel like God has been stingy or generous? Explain.

#2 - We plant seeds (our part)

Genesis 8:22 NLT As long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night."

Our response to a generous God is to give back. When we get seed, we’re not supposed to eat it all, we’re supposed to plant for a harvest. Planting means taking a sacrifice now for a big return later.

Q5 - Harvest only comes after planting, but sometimes we wait for the harvest to come first. Do you sometimes wait for your circumstances to improve before planting?

Q6 - After we plant, God is the one who makes the miracle of growth. Are you expecting a Harvest to come soon?

Chapter 6 - The Principle of Multiplication

The miracle of multiplication is available to God’s people. But our resources must be “blessed by Jesus. Then we must give those resources away before they can multiply.

Multiplication is a mathematical term like addition, subtraction, or division. But multiplication is better than addition when it comes to our resources. And our God is a God of multiplication. He is a God who can multiply. Would it be acceptable if God multiplied your resources?

[Q7] Tithing is bringing to God that which is rightfully His. It is when we give over and above the tithe that the miracle of multiplication takes place. How do you decide when, where, and how much to give?

Proverbs 22:9 NIV The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.

new Care Project of the Month: christmas gift for inner city children

Every year, The Way World Outreach becomes a place of hope for parents with little boys and little girls who want a gift this Christmas. Many of our families in the inner city can’t afford to give their children gifts for Christmas. Let’s cover that cost and make sure no child goes without experiencing the joy of a gift this Christmas.

Each Group’s goal is 50 gifts! (each gift is roughly $10 a piece)

1. Download The Way World Outreach App

  • Then Click Give

  • Select "Care Group Offering" fund

  • Write down the group leader's name

Declaration Prayer:

Father, make me “blessable!” Please build in me a grateful, audacious, courageous, and generous heart to give; for I know that this is the only way to experience true fulfillment, purpose, joy, and peace. I know that this is the key to living the blessed life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Take time this week to pray and ask God to show you the extravagant gift you can give to Him. Let’s prepare to bring our pledges December 16th to begin the process of purchasing our building.

Note for Leaders: Take prayer requests and praise reports. Keep a good record of this. Follow up on prayer requests and celebrate praise reports.
