Word

“Overcoming DEPRESSION”

NEHEMIAH 8:10 NKJV
10 Then he said to them, “Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Overcoming: to get the better of in a struggle or conflict; to conquer, to defeat an enemy, a weakness, a temptation, to prevail over, have victory.

  • OVER 15% OF THE WORLD POPULATION WILL EXPERIENCE DEPRESSION AT SOME PART IN THEIR LIFETIME. 1 BILLION PEOPLE!

  • 3000 PEOPLE COMMIT SUICIDE EVERYDAY, THAT'S ONE SUICIDE EVERY 40 SECONDS. (Death caused by an overpower emotion. 1,095,000 a year.)
